We pitched an idea for a co-living building project called Co-Life. Our goal was to create a brand identity that captured the essence of the co-living concept, which is all about community and shared spaces. Think "Friends" but with better décor!
We created a branding strategy for Co-Life, including a logo, color palette, typography, and imagery that reflected the unique features of the co-living concept. This branding was applied across a range of media, including business cards, brochures, and a website. We also developed a mobile application that allows residents to connect with one another and access a range of services, such as booking common spaces or paying rent.
Co-Life features branded spaces that cater to the needs of its residents. There are co-working spaces for those who work remotely, gaming areas for those who like to unwind, and different types of apartments, ranging from cozy studios to spacious options. There is also a media laboratory or studio for recording podcasts or live streaming events.
The overall effect is a modern aesthetic that reflects the co-living concept and appeals to the target demographic. Who knew shared living spaces could look so cool?
